All our valves and seats are manufactured to rigid quality control standards that include: CNC machining for exact dimensional tolerance control, heat treat carburizing with a deep hard wear case, full metallurgical laboratory tests on every furnace load, and seat tapers that are 100% gage inspected to meet pump manufacturer's exact dimensional specifications.Valve inserts feature a high strength, abrasion-resistant polyurethane; all inserts are machined after molding to exact thickness tolerances.

Full Open Drilling Valves & Seats
1. Massive, rigid full open seat design, results in reduced fluid end cracking and washouts! Uniform seat loads against the fluid end deck eliminates washouts commonly caused by non-uniform seat loads form web seats.
2. Extra large seat bearing area spreads valve load over larger area, reduces metal wear, and increases valve and seat life.
3.CAST-N-PLACE insert design locks insert in groove, eliminates underside insert washes, the most frequent cause of premature insert failures. CAST-N-PLACE technique reduces stress on the valve insert during molding, to increase insert life. Ideal for LCM muds. Heavy-duty puller head, pulls seats in the most difficult conditions.

We offer the most popular valves and seats in two design variations:
1. Replaceable insert design with knock-off insert retainer plate.
2. Light weight, one-piece valve body with CAST-N-PLACE insert. Fully interchangeable with the Mission Valves & Seats
Option 1: Denotes Full Open Valves with Cast-N-Place™ non-replaceable Inserts. Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Harrisburg Roughneck Valves and Seats.
Option 2: Denotes Full Open Valves with special High Temperature Cast-N-Place™non-replaceable Inserts. Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Harrisburg Roughneck Valves and Seats.
Option 3: Denotes Full Open Valves with Replaceable “Snap-On” Inserts. Inserts not interchangeable with Harrisburg Roughneck Inserts. Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Harrisburg Roughneck.
Option 4: Denotes Stem Guided Valves with Cast-N-Place™ non-replaceable Inserts, one-piece valve body. Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Mission Supreme Valves and Seats.
Option 5: Denotes Stem Guided Valves with Replaceable Inserts. Threaded Retainer Plate, Inserts, Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Mission Supreme Valves and Seats.
Option 6: Denotes Well Service Valves with Replaceable “Snap-On” Inserts. Inserts interchangeable with Harrisburg Roughneck Inserts. Valves and Seats are interchangeable with Roughneck Valves and Seats.
TRINITY TIP: The term valve assembly refers to a complete valve unit. Depending upon the type of valve assembly, the number of individual valve parts will vary. For example, a typical abrasion resistant or "AR" valve assembly commonly used in Horizontal Directional Drilling pumps will consist of a valve seat + valve body + valve insert (ie. polyurethane) + valve spring + valve cage.
